About Qalbii

Qalbii is a marriage app for Muslims. It helps adults who are looking for a spouse to meet, with ID checks, compatibility questions and support for families. Qalbii is open to adults in the UK at launch.

Who can use Qalbii

To use Qalbii you must meet all of these. We may ask you to prove them.

• You are 18 or over.
• You are not married, and you are looking for a spouse.
• You have a UK mobile number or a UK ID.
• You have one account only.
• What you tell us is true, and your age and gender match your ID.

Your account and ID check

You sign in with Apple, Google or a code. You prove your mobile number and your email with codes. Keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Every member's ID is checked by an ID service, with a live selfie. A trained moderator checks any ID it cannot confirm. Until you are checked, you can look around, but nobody sees your profile. Your gender is locked once you are checked.

How we expect you to behave

Before Home opens, you take the Sacred Oath. It is a pledge that you are here sincerely to look for marriage and will follow our rules.

• Be honest and kind.
• Do not harass, threaten or pressure anyone.
• Do not ask anyone for money, or offer a visa or money in return for marriage.
• Do not put contact details or links in your profile.
• Do not use your profile to make purity demands.
• Do not use photos of other people, or of children.
• Do not use Qalbii for scams or for anything other than looking for a spouse.

Your content

Your profile, photos and answers are yours. You let us show them to other members as your settings allow, and to run Qalbii. Photos are checked automatically, and a person looks at those the check flags. We may hold or remove content that breaks these terms.

Safety and reports

You can report or block anyone. We act on reports. We may pause, restrict or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. A serious report can freeze an account until a trained moderator has looked at it. If you disagree with a decision, tell us at support@qalbii.com.

Plans and payments

Qalbii has Free, Gold, Diamond and Private plans.

• Gold and Diamond are bought in the app through Apple or Google. They renew until you cancel. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• Credits, such as a Boost or a Super Like, are bought in the app. A Boost puts you nearer the top of Home for a while. It does not promise likes or matches.
• Event tickets are paid by card, outside the app stores.
• Private is by application. Our team talks it through with you first.
• Services run by people, such as matchmaking and coaching, are offered only when available.
• Refunds are explained on our Refunds page.

No guarantees

We cannot promise you a match, a marriage or a reply. We check IDs, but we cannot promise that every member is honest. Please meet safely. Our guides explain how.

Ending your use

You can delete your account any time in the app: Profile, Settings, Account, Delete. You have 30 days to change your mind. We may close accounts that break these terms. Cancelling a plan is separate: do that in your phone's subscription settings.

Changes

We will tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. For big changes, we will ask you to accept the new terms the next time you open the app.
